RUST PVE

• Cheating: The usage of cheats, scripts, macros, and/or programs to gain an unfair advantage over other players on RUST PVE Servers is monitored, prohibited, and will result in a permanent ban from all our RUST PVE servers.
• Ban Evasion: The creation, purchase, or use of a new account to evade or bypass a ban placed by the RUST PVE Server Team will result in all accounts associated to you and/or your household being permanently banned from the RUST PVE Server network (all servers).
• Bans & Appeals:
  • Players may appeal bans by joining our Discord server and using the #submit-ticket channel to submit their appeal.
  • Each ban may be appealed only once and must be appealed by the player whose account was banned. No repeat appeals or appeals on behalf of another player.

Chat, Voice, & Content Communications:

• The use of racial slurs is prohibited and will be censored.
• Doxxing (using/leaking real life information of another player for malicious purposes) is prohibited and will result in a permanent ban.
• Threats of real-life harm against players or team are prohibited and will result in a permanent ban.
• Spamming / advertising / poaching to other servers of any kind is prohibited and will result in appropriate action being taken against the offending account.
• Communications that violate the Terms of Service for Steam, Facepunch, or Rust and/or local applicable laws are prohibited.

Ethics & Integrity: The RUSTPVE Team is committed to performing our duties with the highest level of ethics, integrity, and honesty in all interactions.

No In-Game Manipulation: Our team will never use powers, permissions, or capabilities to impact gameplay or in-game mechanics.

• No spawning of items or entities.
  • Exception 1: Server crash compensation via #submit-ticket.
  • Exception 2: Community-wide Pookie Bear rewards for special occasions.
  • Exception 3: Rare giveaway items for big server achievements.
• No changing the in-game time or weather.
• No removal or relocation of walls/objects/entities unless due to griefing.
• No modification of decay rates, gather rates, or spawn rates.

No Power Abuse:

• All actions must have a legitimate business purpose.
• All actions against players must have sufficient evidence collected in advance.
• Excessive, spiteful, or retaliatory actions by staff will be reversed and the team member may be removed.
• All staff tools and information are strictly for maintaining and enforcing server rules.

• RUST PVE reserves the right to update the official rules, guidelines, and policies at any time.
• RUST PVE reserves the right to deny service to any player for any reason at the full discretion of the Team.
• The official rules, guidelines, and policies are not considered all-encompassing.
• Players should use common sense and act in good faith while playing on our servers.
• Any player found to be substantively harmful to the community may be removed accordingly.
• Just because a specific situation is not covered in detail by our rules does not mean it is allowed.
